Webinar Event: Best Practice in Assessment & Development Centres

by SIOPA

SIOPA proudly presents an ONLINE event: Assessment & Development Centres – Best practice across the years & future trends

What’s it all about?

Assessment centres have been used as a tool for selection and development across industries for the last 70 years. While their design and use has evolved gradually over this time, this change has been accelerated in recent years. Given the digital era in which we are now working, and the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns, organisations have had to rapidly change and adapt the way they run assessment centres and there has been a significantly increasing demand for remote and virtual solutions.

Join Ralph Monley and Courtenay McGill to hear about recent and emerging trends in assessment centres, different ways that they can be used to select and develop potential, and how to stay true to best practice while innovating and evolving with the times. Ralph and Courtenay will also discuss issues of candidate experience and diversity and inclusion.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a completely online event and will be starting at 5:30 pm Australian Standard Western Time.
