SIOPA Launches 2022 Mentoring Program

Are you looking to grow your career? Do you need an insider’s perspective on career mapping or how to set strategic career goals? Would you like to receive individual support, advice and guidance from an industry leader who lives and breathes the profession like you?
Following on from the success of our last two programs, we are delighted to invite candidates to apply for the SIOPA Mentoring Program 2022. This is a nation-wide initiative for early career professionals that aims to support participants with career guidance and direction by sharing mentor and mentee experiences, developing career goals, and forging exceptional mentoring relationships. Successful applicants must attend a virtual two-hour training session on 5th April. Mentees are encouraged to conduct 6-8 sessions with their mentor throughout the six-month program.
The program follows a structured, sustainable mentoring process that includes a comprehensive matching framework, training and support conducted by Organisational Psychologists.
