SIOPA supports the needs and careers of professionals in organisational psychology and related disciplines. SIOPA Board member Barry Bloch is hosting a member-only event to assist individuals with advice and discussion aimed at helping individuals make the most of or find their next internal role during the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.

- How can the internal IO Psychologist make a fundamental difference inside their organisation at this time?
- How does the IO Psychologist balance their own needs and challenges with their internal role at this time?
- How can the IO Psychologist go about finding their next internal role at this time?
Participants will also be provided the opportunity to ask questions from the guest speaker and attendees on the video conference call.

About the Speaker:
Barry Bloch (People, Culture and Transformation Executive; Head of Organisational Transformation at Monash Health).
Barry Bloch is a people, culture and transformation executive with extensive international experience working in and with Boards and Executive teams to develop strategic business and functional turnaround and transformation. With a career spanning more than 30 years, 50 countries and multiple economic sectors, Barry is currently Head of Organisational Transformation at Monash Health. Barry has previously worked as Chief Operating Officer – Project Support at BGC Contracting, and Group Managing Director – People with Worley Parsons. Barry holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and has been registered as a psychologist in Australia, South Africa and United Kingdom.
