Competency-related Resources

For endorsement in organisational psychology, psychologists must demonstrate specialist skills and capabilities in each of the core competency areas. Resources in this section are divided into the eight core competency areas. These resources are provided to support supervisors in developing core competency areas in their supervisees. While the resources are applicable to all psychology disciplines, they are particularly relevant to organisational psychology competencies.
